Good build but the case is not as good as it should be.. you should have picked a mid range gaming case with a powersupply shroud and a clear side panel and some led fans for aesthetics as well as good airflow.

Hi there, tell me, is this mobo good enough for Ryzen 5 2600x? Is the VRM good enough for it? I'm planning on getting this mobo, ryzen 5 2600x, x2 8 gig 3200 mhz kingston hyper x and my old buddy GTX 970. I currently have GA990FX UD3 + FX 8320 and i'm having big issues with VRM and overheating. It's causing my pc to power off so badly that i have to hard restart it with the button on the back of the psu. So, the main question is, will the same thing happen with this mobo and ryzen? Yes AMD Ryzen 5 2600 will work out of the box with the msi B450M-A Pro Max but you will need a graphics card because the AMD Ryzen 5 2600 is a processor without build in graphics

The original intel processor heat sink fan comes with pre-applied thermal paste. Watch this video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Zn2Ygniwga2jgbc I make detail expalination of the hidden Thermal Paste. Ryzen processors come with their stock coolers which have thermal paste already on it.

Yes, you can. But you have to enable XMP in the bios, otherwise it will run at only 2666Mhz.
