yes but if your motherboard supports ARGB, you can just turn off via motherboard software

no, but if the motherboard isnt 5000 series ready, it must be update to latest bios

Got a ryzen 7 5800x3d I’m assuming this would be essentially would be install and play without any bios update or would I need too? I’ve been with intel for a fair while since switching it confuses the hell out of me but it’s worth because of peformance I even got on a lower end cpu from ryzen

@@DannyHeadshot1 i just requested it anyway from the company i bought off just to be safe but you should be fine u might just have a few bios settings missing in which u can update if u need them, at most just request it if u wanna be safe if not watch a yt tut most of them are pretty straight forward and easy to follow but after a year of using ryzen cpus personally i wanna go back with intel just no stable performance like i had on intel which kept me a stable refresh rate fps whilst i have good specs now im getting 140 fps during scenarios where it should exceed in and yes ive tried everything theres no fault

It what world is a ryzen 5 better than a ryzen 7 significantly 7s are 10x better for gaming at a higher load whilst also using said cpu as a workstation amd GPUs aren’t the best for gaming NVIDIAs always been on their sh*t in terms of that and their not even bad prices expectally now since almost all brand 30 series GPUs are heaps cheap atm By the looks of this guys build he wanted a performance build not really a prebuilt specs type of pc but anyways his pc will run any game at 1440p 400+ fps and 1080p 700+ depending on low settings

I saw b550m steel legend handles the ryzen 9 3950x OC. its maximum vrm temp is 84 but it depends on your cpu cooler and airflow of your case
