12 generation Intel overtook AMD after price cuts. For absolute budget you can go i3 12100F + H series motherboard for ₹14-15k and i5 12400f + motherboard for ₹18-19k. AMD 5600 is still a relevant budget cpu, but i3 12 gen beats it with superior single core clock speed as you cannot overclock on budget rigs anyways. Only factor AMD is still relevant in this segment is if you don't want to buy dedicated GPU altogether. Then AMD in building graphic wins.

11th Gen was a waste of sand. It had practically zero improvements over 10th Gen and was basically a refresh with hardly any payoff. Also, Zen3 was superior across the board in terms of gaming. The 3000 series GPUs were very good from nvidia, I will definitely admit to that, but I still game on an RX 6800XT due to price to performance in the past year.
