I dare u that Obi doesn’t have half of Sowore’s courage, audacity, boldness and fearlessness. Obi is from the oppressed, he’s a boy to our oppressors. With all the followers Obi had, what did he achieved with it in 2027 election. U guys are just hypocritical wanting Sowore as fearless n courageous fighter to fight for Obi after election. Peter has been governor and has a record which you have been told to go and verify. Along as you are fighting for good governance, please deji let's stop sentiments against Peter. Sowore has tested his popularity twice and didn't get up to one million vote. Peter is still bitter than any of the presidential candidates.

Deji, you unfairly criticize Dangote for his refinery that is partly owned by (Nigerians) the Federal Government. If the refinery cost $20 billion to build, how much did the Nigerian government donate toward this cost? Even if Dangote benefitted from government support, the benefits for Nigeria in terms of local employment and company taxes outweigh that initial government support! Also, the refinery is not a monopoly and cannot be a monopoly because it is the only functioning refinery and is part-owned by the government. Therefore, it is a mistake to refer to it as a monopoly. The cost of PMS from this refinery depends partly on the production cost of crude oil ($38 per barrel in Nigeria, compared to Saudi Arabia's $10 per barrel), the Naira/Dollar exchange rate, and the quality of the product. Dangote has enough money to live comfortably without the refinery! And if you are also criticizing Dangote's business practices in a capitalist economy, could you name just one company owner in Nigeria who is a saint? If Dangote broke any business laws, the government has regulatory agencies that were supposed to have stopped him.

I appreciate some of his analysis,buthe is getting it wrong on Dangote,Dangote as an investor does not have the power of establishing a monopoly,was he the one that stopped the 4 national refineries from functioning? Every developmental and progressive thinking nation will support and motivates the likes of Dangote to to invest by supporting the economy.

Stick to law matters and leave refinery matters you are a novice on....Nigerian crude is one of the best in the world..everyone wants to buy or steal it...the cost of refining it in the Niger delta determines the price it is sold to dangote or anyone. Because of the difficulties, violence, militancy etc etc it is very expensive to drill in the Niger delta..perhaps one of the most expensive worldwide...this cost is in dollars....this reflects in the cost Dangote will sell his finished products.

@zeenatuumar55922 күн бұрын
Northern Nigeria is under going a collosal crisis brought about by fundamental failures that are eating away at the foundation of its society. At the centre of the problem is Muslim’s poor understanding of religion as the foundation for genuine well-being, security, peace and progress. This ignorance brought about the socio-economic failures that resulted in massive ignorance, insecurity, severe poverty and youth redundancy. Furthermore other assaults against the youths by the proliferation of hard drugs, arms, phonography items etc, enables wider spread of moral and ethical failures whilst the vehicle for reform seemed to be inexistent or insufficiently equipped at best. Northern Nigeria is in urgent need of transformation which would be exceedingly difficult unless if initiated from the correct perspective. The activities to achieve the short and long term goals of reform must be secured principally to a central value without allowance for aberration of any sort since the highest point of risk in the current crises are ethical failures prompted by secular doctrines or the adaption of loose morals as best practices and as endorsed by the secular civilized world order.
