As a longtime viewer who also did long-term nomading, I can see a change in your vibration with this episode where your dad is with you. You seem to be able to let your guard down and vibe out with the surroundings more, you seem to be able to vibe with the camera too, these walk-about scenes are the best, you can take us shopping and have coffee and it's really a low-budget commercial for the town you're in, the charismatic lady on the Italian Riviera, she doesn't take garlic with her pasta, she's English, butter and salt only.

Nice video. Can't wait to go to Italy next year. As for spaghetti... Try using a fork and spoon. Take a couple strands on the fork and twirl it on the spoon. After a brief adjustment period, it works well. Have fun and keep up the great content.
