Thanks for the great walk through Joe. What a killer comp. I actually stayed away from it because it looked a bit daunting, but now I see how great and versatile it is, thanks to you. Definitely gonna give it a go.. Liked your mix but the drums seemed a tiny bit loud. But that comp is really sweet for tucking in the transients - good stuff! Keep up the good work.

The drums were too loud because I had the AMEK in the drums buss but forgot to bypass it! Definitely better in the actual mix.

What is correlation suppose to read for best results….im never sure what it should be ….i think it means the difference between the left and right output or the mid and side output but i have no idea??

why would there be "channel modeling" if this was emulated from an individual compressor unit? was it originally part pf a channel strip console?
