Chart positions are irrelevant to the quality of the song. Although, for the record, You Bring Me Joy was a hit. Not a massive hit, but it's certainly sold a lot more copies than California ever will. I like Amelia and wish her well, but compared to her Xenomania material (especially YBMJ). this song isn't very good.

(rant warning) This is the complete opposite of the kinda song this girls needs, it has no personality what so ever. any singer could've picked up this and sung it just the same. there's no identity, no "wow factor", no nothing! I'm now saying that Xenomania were the only way for her (even though she was so much better with them).
