I actually love the fact that people who can afford such things talk about disadvantages. If I’d ever reach for something like that I won’t loose my money, because I will know what they are being critisized for. Example; heavy bags are huge no no for me, so I know to never even consider specific model, because I will be unhappy and I won’t use it.

I agree, that Chanel is a classic. But I would prefer it in a different color. I also agree about these mini bags trending like the Hermes Mini Kelly's which are so popular & cost $8000 - $8500. Cute but not at all efficient, esp at that price. I absolutely love handbags & was lucky enough to find a 2nd hand Coach bag in excellent condition for a mere ten bucks, no joke & at a different thrift store I found the cutest "hardly used" Kate Spade bag for $30. My favorite is a vintage Chanel bag from the 60's my mother owned & passed down to me ❤❤❤😍😍😍 was originally my grandmother's. She had the best taste.

I don't like the jumbo Chanel flap either, it looks like a gigantic, puffy clutch. To me the Chanel flaps are far prettier smaller, as they were originally designed. Same thing with a Birkin. It was designed to be big, a tote, a Birkin 25 is just strange to me.

The only bag I disagree with on this list is the Fendi Peekaboo… you can get it in different leathers/skins and it is an absolute workhorse in every size. When I have a bag that is very structured or ‘rock hard‘ and I want to travel and take it with me. I use the space inside the bag as packing space. So like I’ll put toiletries that are safely in a new leak bag or underwear, socks T-shirts whatever will fit in it. It helps make sure that it keeps it shape, I can still bring it with me,it doesn’t take up more room than necessary

I really like my longchamp one! I’ve had it for about 6 years, I use it every day and it lasts and lasts… I’ve thrown everything at it. They also fold down so it makes it really good for travel if you want it for that… it’s so practical and they look good too!
