😅 Just how are you supposed to move your pelvis with the sitting trot motion? It’s so hard! 🥵 And when you try, you usually end up bouncing all over with your horse hollow and disconnected. 🤦🏻‍♀️ If you are having trouble following the sitting trot motion, try this hack. 👉 Sit on your mounting block before you get on with your knees at a ninety-degree angle. Sit up tall, and then try to tip the mounting block forward with your seat. Don’t forget to mention that it takes a fair amount of back stability as well. That was the missing link all along for me - I always had a super strong core, but my back was extremely weak. As soon as I got into the gym and strengthened up my back so that I could maintain stability everything changed ❤
