yea, the portion size is insane there! lol. easily beats the popular touristy Blue Noodle shop. Kasem is amazing but there are even better ones near the university! their crispy wontons are #1 though

just a small tip with the sticky rice, most thais eat them with our hands and form them to a ball shape and dip it in the papaya salad. You should also try the fermented fish papaya salad(som tam pla la) if you can stand the taste and smell lmao(best papaya salad IMO). Edit : may I know the location of the noodle shop? my mom loves noodle and I'd like to go there with her thank!

Been living outside the USA now for nearly 10 years and when I hear the prices of stateside fast food joints charging for burgers or whatever--crazy over there!-- I appreciate how I could eat out in Thailand from street vendors EVERY day and do it more cheaply than in the States.
