Honestly I wish there was more of Principal Lewis, he only shows up so often in American Dad. He's like the Sideshow Bob of the show, he shows up pretty rarely. But when he does everything he does is comedic gold.

That last clip was from an episode where Klaus bet Roger a dollar that he could make Steve cool. Roger dressed up as a student in Steve's high school in order to teach him to be cool. One of the lessons he taught him was to pick on someone more pathetic than him and he didn't think he had to specify that he was supposed to pick on a guy.

In all fairness I don't recall ever seeing principal Lewis in the actual company of any young underage girls. He seems to mostly talk about it unlike Herbert on Family Guy who has constantly been in the presence of children and is actively trying to seduce Chris ( fortunately for Herbert Chris is just a little to dim-witted to realize what Herbert is trying to do.)
