It is scary how so many people have no clue of the threat or even know what an EMT attack. It is not a question of "IF" but rather "WHEN" that will come to pass. Most will never survive. I do not have the means to get land and build in the wide open of say, Montana, and hunting , fishing, smoking and curing meat . I would build a cabin and smokehouse/ barn, near fresh moving water and woods full of deer, elk, etc. I can only imagine that in my mind. Too bad when it does go down I will not have that option. Insted I will be stuck in suburbia, fighting with my own weapons. Firearms are my only "plus".

The man is a giant amongst storytellers with the phenomenally realistic down to earth imagination, which we can all grasp. I have listened to every audiobook from this América Falls series, at the beginning I didn't get the Drifter quite well, so I started again and it did got me completely like each one from the series did before. I only found the 1-3 part for The Drifter, could not find this one 4-6, so I listened the separated parts 4, 5, 6 read by another person. Then finally 4-6 appeared by magic and I am listening to it again. Thank you all, this has been an amazing journey through the fight for survival, human nature and more.

how i wish your America Fallss eries never ends. i love end of the world stories.. and i was looking for some since october. found some awful bad ones, and some pretty ordinary cliché stories.. and a few jewels trough the rough.. but this.. THIS SERIES IS THE CROWN JEWEL. and the narrator does so much of a wondwrful work! i love it.. there are so many ebooks with bad AI narrators and this one is the prime example why real live narrators are a must. i've binged the whole serie up to this point in a week i just cant get enough

Excellent. Am I the only one who kept expecting Joshua’s sister Melonie to make an appearance? With Kit looking just like her, saying someone in town has a necklace like his, and it being with someone Kit trusted in Vol 1? I know Melonie is supposed to be dead. But what if Ragland just THOUGHT she was dead. Claire delivers Kit as a kid and Melonie dies in childbirth. Kit is actually Ragland niece etc. anyway. Just a thought.

I like this series, but the sharpened teeth thing is just a bit over the top. Taking a file to the teeth would not only be unbearably painful, it would weaken them a cause them to rot pretty quickly. Just being cannibals was enough. The pointy teeth thing was just a bridge too far. Great series, otherwise. Just a little constructive criticism.👍
