I've heard people say that Trump is against migrants, but I can attest otherwise. I was one of the 1,000 people who received citizenship on the day President Trump signed my certificate. He's not against immigrants like me, who followed the legal process. He's against those who enter the country without proper documentation. I fully support his stance. Just as I wouldn't want someone to enter my home without permission, I believe countries have the right to regulate who enters their borders. Other countries have similar laws and regulations in place. Those who enter a country without following the proper procedures should face consequences, including deportation.

Absolutely. Jayson Boebert copped a plea on a reckless endangerment charge in Colorado. A January argument between the Lauren and Jayson Boebert at a restaurant that allegedly got out of control led to charges against Jayson Boebert for disorderly conduct, trespassing and obstruction of a peace officer, court documents show. Those charges were dismissed as part of a plea deal, according to the online records. Days later, Jayson Boebert allegedly got into a physical fight with his son, leading to the reckless endangerment charge Jayson Boebert pleaded guilty to along with three other charges - prohibited use of a weapon, harassment and third-degree assault - that were dismissed as part of the plea, court documents show. Jayson Boebert will serve six months of unsupervised probation, according to court reports. Hold it. What? Probation for six months? Unsupervised probation? The man started a fight with his ex in a restaurant and then obstructed law enforcement. He then attacked his own son, grabbed and waved a rifle around while drunk. Let’s not forget Boebert’s history. He grabbed and waved another sort of “gun” at minor girls in a bowling alley in 2004. For that lewdness he was sentenced to four days in jail and two years’ probation. A few weeks later he was again arrested, this time for physically assaulting Lauren herself, who was pregnant with their child at the time. Eventually they married, and when Lauren began her political career and sat on the House Natural Resouces Committee, Jayson suddenly procured a high-paying ($420,000 a year) job for an oil and gas energy company. Coincidence? Compare this with Hunter Biden: he has no record for lewd public behavior. The sexually-charged photos that Marjorie Taylor Greene displayed on the House floor were illegally obtained from illegal searches of his laptop. Biden never planned to expose them to anyone. Likewise, he has no previous history of harassment, assault, or reckless endangerment. He was convicted of illegally buying and owning a gun - not for waving it around and endangering anyone with it. So if Jayson Boebert - a proven loose cannon and possible threat to public safety - is allowed to plead to one count of reckless endangerment - all other charges being expunged - and receive six months of unsupervised (!) probation, what will be fair for Hunter Biden? Oh, Boebert also has to pay $40 court costs. I think Biden could cover that. Let’s see how many tiers we really have in our justice system. Trump held onto one of his guns, undeclared, in violation of the terms of his various releases. Now it's in violation of his convictions. Trump is a longtime abuser of cocaine, crushed Adderall, and benzodiazepine. Did he declare this on his gun applications? What's good for the goose is good for the gander. The prosecutors have admitted that if he weren't a Biden, they wouldn't have prosecuted.

As of the most recent information available, Dr. Phil McGraw does not hold a current valid license to practice psychology. He was licensed to practice in Texas until he voluntarily surrendered his license in 2006. Despite not having a license, he continues to provide advice and guidance through his television show, "Dr. Phil." ### Scandals and Controversies 1. **Licensing Issues**: Dr. Phil has faced criticism for continuing to offer psychological advice without a current license. His Texas license was voluntarily surrendered in 2006, and he has not been licensed since. 2. **Ethical Concerns**: - **Patient Confidentiality**: There have been allegations that Dr. Phil's show violates patient confidentiality and exploits vulnerable individuals for entertainment purposes. Critics argue that his approach can be more sensational than therapeutic. - **Handling of Guests**: Some former guests have claimed that they were treated unethically, with their problems being sensationalized rather than treated with professional care. 3. **Brittany Spears Incident (2008)**: Dr. Phil faced backlash after visiting Brittany Spears in the hospital following a mental health crisis. Many accused him of exploiting her situation for publicity, as he publicly discussed her condition afterward. 4. **Shelly Duvall Episode (2016)**: Dr. Phil was criticized for his interview with actress Shelley Duvall, who was visibly struggling with mental health issues. Critics accused the show of exploiting Duvall's condition rather than providing her with genuine help. 5. **Bad Business Practices**: - **Shady Weight Loss Supplements**: Dr. Phil was involved in a lawsuit in 2004 related to his line of weight loss supplements. Plaintiffs claimed false advertising, leading to a settlement where he agreed to refund customers. - **Dr. Phil and CBS**: There have been accusations that Dr. Phil has used his platform for personal gain, including promoting products and businesses with which he has a financial interest. 6. **Allegations of a Toxic Work Environment**: In recent years, there have been reports and allegations that the work environment on the "Dr. Phil" show is toxic and abusive. Employees have come forward with claims of verbal abuse, intimidation, and unethical practices behind the scenes. These controversies highlight the tension between Dr. Phil's status as a popular television personality and the ethical standards typically expected of professional psychologists. While his show remains popular, these issues have raised questions about the appropriateness of his methods and the true nature of the help he provides. Dr. Phil McGraw voluntarily surrendered his license to practice psychology in Texas in 2006. The primary reasons for this decision are not entirely clear, but several factors are believed to have influenced it: 1. **Television Career Focus**: By the time he surrendered his license, Dr. Phil had already become a well-established television personality with his show, "Dr. Phil," which premiered in 2002. His career had shifted from practicing psychology to providing advice and entertainment on television. Maintaining a professional license required meeting certain continuing education and practice standards, which may not have aligned with his new career path. 2. **Legal and Ethical Scrutiny**: Operating as a licensed psychologist comes with stringent ethical and legal responsibilities. By surrendering his license, Dr. Phil may have sought to avoid potential legal or ethical conflicts related to his television work, which often involves unconventional methods and sensationalized content that might not align with professional psychological practice standards. 3. **California Board of Psychology Complaint (1988)**: In 1988, Dr. Phil was reprimanded by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists for having an inappropriate non-physical relationship with a therapy client in the 1980s. This incident led to sanctions, including supervision and a remedial ethics course. While this occurred years before he became a television personality, it brought attention to his professional conduct. 4. **Avoiding Dual Relationships**: By not holding an active license, Dr. Phil could potentially avoid the ethical complications of dual relationships. His work on television involves a different dynamic than traditional therapeutic relationships, which might have been scrutinized if he continued to hold a license. By voluntarily surrendering his license, Dr. Phil could continue his work in media without the constraints and obligations tied to being a licensed practitioner, allowing him more freedom in how he conducts his show and interacts with guests.

@@sharontracy-obrien4225 The January 6th insurrection refers to the events of January 6, 2021, when supporters of then-President Donald Trump stormed the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C. The incident disrupted the certification of the 2020 presidential election results and resulted in widespread violence and destruction within the Capitol building. Key points of the January 6th insurrection include: 1. **Incitement**: Before the events, President Trump held a rally where he repeated false claims of election fraud and urged his supporters to "fight like hell" to overturn the election results. 2. **Storming of the Capitol**: Thousands of Trump supporters breached security barriers, overwhelmed Capitol Police, and entered the Capitol complex, causing lawmakers to evacuate and resulting in the deaths of five individuals, including one Capitol Police officer. 3. **Damage and Violence**: Rioters vandalized offices, stole property, and engaged in physical altercations with law enforcement. The incident led to significant damage to the Capitol building. 4. **Legal Consequences**: Many individuals involved in the insurrection have been arrested and charged with various offenses, including trespassing, assaulting law enforcement officers, destruction of government property, and conspiracy. As of now, hundreds of people have been arrested and many have been convicted and sentenced. 5. **Political and Social Fallout**: The events of January 6th sparked a national debate on democracy, the peaceful transfer of power, and the role of misinformation in politics. It also led to increased security measures at the Capitol and a broader reevaluation of domestic extremism in the United States. Overall, the January 6th insurrection is seen as a significant and unprecedented attack on American democracy, resulting in numerous legal proceedings and ongoing societal repercussions.

My one issue with this interview was at the end when Phil brought up revenge and retribution. While I understand that it might not be the most unifying thing to go after some of the people who've done this to Trump, the fact remains that there are certain very high level people within this current regime who've broken some serious laws and done it repeatedly, with no concern for the safety and stability of the country or the American people. Some of those crimes actually meet the legal definition of sedition and treason and the people who've perpetrated them, can't just be allowed to walk away scot free, to do it again and again.

The democrats don't give a crap about democracy or the constitution, and Biden turning all those illegal immigrants into citizens is PROOF! They openly broke the law of our land for 4 years, then all the people who jumped the border were made citizens by them. It's BY DESIGN! They are doing it on purpose, and they don't care if the people know they did it on purpose, because they know that after they have all become citizens they will remain in control of the house and senate, and still be able to keep power over the people whether Trump wins or not. This was their "ace up the sleeve" so to speak. But WE THE PEOPLE need to vote them all out this next election. NO ONE can choose to sit out this election. if you are registered to vote, you NEED to vote every last democrat OUT of office! EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM! because they are ALL behind this! every single one in the house and the senate. Not a single one of them turned out to hear the evidence of the border crisis, because they KNOW it's by design BY THEM! THEN when it came down to vote, they voted to keep those borders open, without hearing about all the suffering their open border has caused not just the American people but the children who are being sexually abused by these immigrants! They LOVE to scream "children in cages" when a republican is in office, but they don't give a crap when they are being raped at the border because of a crisis they are INTENTIONALLY causing!

"Keeping Evil people from STRIKING AGAIN" Absolutely. It's not voter suppression to take someone off the ballot or throw them in jail for... voter suppression. Fake electors, failing to call in the National Guard in hopes that someone else does your dirty work by killing your VP, plotting with a SC Justice to acquire emergency powers like a certain someone did after the Reichstag burned to the ground... About 20 years ago there was a fake video online of two children walking toward the train tracks. The younger one is following the older one, who sees a train coming. The older one fakes walking onto the tracks but pulls back. The younger one gets faked out and walks onto the tracks, and gets hit. Over and over, Trump is the older of the two children. Cohen gets 3 years. Bannon gets 4 months. Stone gets 40 months. Navarro gets 4 months. Weisselberg gets 3 and 5 months. All in the service of one man's ego. And what does that one man get? Butkus. Someone who can't vote can be President. Someone who can't own a gun (but does anyway) can be in possession of the nuclear codes. Someone who can't enter most industrialized countries can become leader of the free world. So much for keeping evil people from striking again.

Yes, it's quite controlled. At first people thought Cannon was just in over her head, inexperienced in criminal trials in her courtroom (only 12 hours total). But her propensity to hold meetings and spend a week on one motion after another on matters that experienced judges recognize as settled law and dismiss in a matter of minutes betrays that a judge presiding over a case by someone who appointed her might possibly may be inadvisable, and certainly cause for recusal. This is controlled and deliberate, running out the clock so winning the election will allow Trump to pardon himself for all past crimes, indicted and unindicted.

Personally I feel those who have been responsible for what occurred even indirectly do need to be held accountable for their actions. Not out of revenge but in the pursuit of justice. It's already setting a precedent for the behavior which others are abusing and the fact that they're not being held accountable for actions that others can and have faced incarceration for. Just allows them to continue to abuse the system with impunity. There's no deterrent for them to stop and if they get caught, it might be a slap on the wrist for them and just continuing to do it to others.

When the USA is operating properly, WE ARE GREAT. That greatness is measured by the security and prosperity of, not only America, but of the world. When we fail to stay on track with our core values, people of the world can only look at our vast military with fear, our economic power with uncertainty, and our culture with revulsion. @@robertmcdonough8117That’s the root problem. I don’t say this to be insulting but a lot of Biden supporters are lazy or naive. It’s easy to take cherry picked headlines to fool your target Democrat audience, whereas doing your own research takes actual work. Judge Merchan was hand picked for Trump’s case instead of being randomized. Furthermore, Merchan wasn’t even on the list of judges who are supposed to be randomly selected to preside over these cases. That same judge’s daughter is a Democrat activist who raised millions of dollars for Biden and more than likely got huge kickbacks as well. The Judge also manipulated the rules on how to find Trump guilty of a crime. But here’s the huge legal violation that made this entire trial invalid, Trump was taken to court for an alleged crime that fell outside the statute of limitations. His accused crime from 2016 was a class E felony, which holds a 5 year statute of limitations. Lastly, Democrats claim this was election interference by paying hush money to withhold information from potential voters, yet our Congress has a $17m slush fund for all sexual harassment cases, so who are those people?!? I want to know who’s using my tax paying dollars to pay off their sexual crimes and covering it up as Democrats claim Trump did.

We are seeing proof that Pres Trump is innocent. No one date would have run on getting Obama. Because PRES.Obama threatened those who said anything he did not approved as Dr. Ben Carson. The Grand Jury looked at this as the Federal Campaign , never saw anything Pres.TRUMP did illegally, nor criminally. This should have been a Federal trial yet nothing was found. Then the statue of limitations ran out. The Judge many asked and stated and he did to recuse himself since he had made donations to Biden, worse his daughter is a fund raised for VP Harris, Sen Gold and she been making millions off this case as Democrats Congress and Senators have been sending her large donations to her home address in Virginia.. Plus Pres Trump 1st amendment ,rights were taken away by the Judge putting a gag order on him which still remains. Nor or. his ATTORNIES allowed to talk yet the Judge told the members of the Jury after their judgement, feel free to discuss with anyone. All accounts were based on Micheal Cohen who lied in Congress saying exactly the opposite a month before in Congress, and the people from the DOJ had been working with Cohen for three months! Coaching. Michael Cohen two years ago and a few months again in Congress was found he had lied over and over to Congress, committed perjury, supposed to be spending years and years in prison and he ,Michael has been allowed to say whatever he wants to making money while being interviewed, pod cast , a true criminal is allowed to continue to tell lies while the one that was tried ,still is not allowed to say anything about the case. Trump nor the American people, Constitutional Judges. , we still do not know what Trump crime is. Cohen admitted in Congress a few months ago, no Trump was not aware of Cohen paying off Daniels . THIS HAS BROUGHT UP TIME AND TIME AS IF CHARGED FOR THE SAME CRIME ,,YET Trump denies . And Stormy and her husband sure took off out of the Nation embarrassing herself as her attorney representing her years ago, has been and remains in prison as far as I know. A jury is supposed to find one guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. This Judge told the Jury , they did not have to agree 100 percent on one charge, rather some could agree on one charge,, some on another count. And now surely you heard, that a cousin of one of the Jurors leaked out the day before on Facebook that Trump was going to be convicted & jailed. The Judge investigating as Trump's attorneys and other ATTORNIES are investigating. The post was taken down. The Judge has discovered yes this person is in fact a cousin of one of the juor's .Therefore this should be a Mistrial ,which all ATTORNIES are stating. Fannie Willis case fell apart as she told all the crimes she has. committed within her department, lying on the stand, misusing campaign funds , committed perjury on herself, took money from a grant for a particular project used for personal travel with the prosecutor she hired ,having an affair. While he was still married. She has been asked to resign by the people of GA. THOSE WHO RUN ONLY ONE GETTING ONE MUST BEWARE HIS OR HER OWN HOUSE IS IN ORDER,.

Forgein governments invest in other countries. It is normal. But it is not normal that a president allows those investors to purchase land near military bases. There has to be limits on purchases but this administration breaks the law repeatedly.

Thank You for standing up for justice. And no, I’m not a big Trump fan, but what’s going on is probably the biggest injustice America has seen.
@jacquelinescott74664 ай бұрын
Yeah right. Just because he is a former president or a presidential candidate or nominee, or wealthy American, it does not mean that he should not be charged with fraud and any other crime he and his companies have committed. Trump is the way he is because he has been getting away with all of his bad behavior and illegal deeds his entire life. I can't believe people are still excusing and supporting his bad behavior. He is not a victim! He is a lying conman and a convicted criminal! He should be treated as such!

Even if you were a trump fan, why do you feel the need to disclose that to everybody? I can only imagine the witch-hunt in your country, just because you have another political view you will be shamed 😅 And people are talking about dictatorship Russia, how ironic 😼

Trump is evil. I won’t follow him to Hell. If you are willing to become evil to support him… I guess that is your choice. Most Germans supported Hitler. Biden is like Roosevelt, feeble in body, strong in spirit.

I think by now people can drop the disclaimer. You are in a majority of people who now see Trump for who he is really. An admirable man! Own up to it! Trump is a fantastic human being.
