As a coder, to detect a poker bot software is extremly easy to do in your software. To catch those bots that are running under "stealth mode" takes a bit longer, but to flag those accounts so they can be investigated is allso extremly easy to do. Coding wise it would take me less than an hour to make a simple bot detecting software inside a poker client that would catch like 90% of the poker bots.

I would never believe bad beats are rigged. But no one will ever tell me its just variance on that site when being ahead by 85% or more never wins more than 65% of the time. Whether its a week, month , or year of stats. Its always the same. The real question is. Why wouldnt the software be set up for max action that would increase showdowns where rake is earned? Why would it not be coded to have horrible bad plays hit runner runner way more often than you are suppose to to keep the fish playing longer before busting......more rake if you keep bad players around.

doogyjay1 Action hands decrease rake. Rake is capped. Bigger pots usually mean big swings for the bankrolls, but it doesn't necessarily mean more rake. When recs/fishes hit go on a heater and turn 100$ into 1000$, if they're not total degens, they're going to withdraw a good part of that money. Thus, by doing this, the sites basically creates more withdrawals, basically having money that was not raked being taken out from the site. A good rig in terms of making money would actually be to create medium-sized pots. Pots that are big enough to reach maximum rake but with holdings that won't make the players willing to get all the money in. This would basically ensure that the money is being passed around, the swings are not that big and the sites would rake more money as a result. This would of course only apply to cash games.

Earlier today I saw someone sitting down at a 50/100 game with 76 thousand on ACR, all alone and then out of the blue 3 people sit down at the same time. They all play for 10 minutes then the 3 people leave at exactly the same time. The most obvious collusion I have ever seen. How someone sitting at a 50/100 game with 76 thousand dollars didn't have any suspicions is just baffling. ACR Is riddled with cheaters.

I have always had a feeling something was going on at ACR. I have been a profitable player at pokerstars for years yet at ACR i am a massive losing player. Last year, I got the biggest multiplier in a $25 Jackpot Sit and go vs a bot. I lost to him 45,000$. I reported the guy, showed a bunch of proofs that him and many other "players" were bots. On the next day they said that they investigated those "players" and nothing was found. Ofc this only showed me that they don't care about bots and protecting legitime players.After that I stopped playing there and never went back.That site is ridiculous and I recommend to not play there, especially all types of sit and gos and mtt.

5 years ago I went back to poker, playing sitandgo's hardcore on pokerstars, I played like 12h a day for 2 weeks or so, and I remember that one moment shortly after I folded AK preflop: My chat/statistics was blocked, instead of that a question popped up, it was a "we want to make sure you're not a robot" -type question. I'm Australian. Online poker was banned late 2017 but ACR were happy to accommodate us. Previously I was a winning zoom poker player on Pokerstars (between 2bb/100 and 14bb/100 depending on the stakes). I am break even on ACR and recently withdrew my money planning on quitting online altogether. If they don't fix these things, they will go bust. Respect for posting these vids.

Jack, I can assure you that there is a top-down systematic approach in a primary context in regards to employee cost during manual execution, for example, the actuaries. Then there is a secondary outsourcing to the algorithm. The algorithm knows. ACR does want people to be safe. It wouldn't be sensible to doubt the algorithm.

I've also had issues when i joined their "Cage" tournaments with $1000 or $5000 buyins where they claimed they were ddos attacked and had to end the tournament early. The cage is supposed to last for 4-5 hours and I had a situation where they ended the tournament after around 1 hour and refused to issue a refund on the fee. This is just unacceptable, how can you run a tournament and end it 80% early and not refund the hefty fees. I've also noticed the botting and collusion in games, I have a list of players that have unbelievably sketchy play patterns and definitely unrealistic win rates. Hopefully ACR has someone reading these comments and watching these videos that will at least issue a public statement on what they are doing to address the issues. Great video Joey!

In PLO all you need to know is the hole cards of your colluders. Then you as a team are a virtual superuser.

Collusion sharing of hole cards between players can create a huge advantage to know just 1 card in a 2 hole card game and 2 cards in a 4hole card game... Now, imagine 4 players at a full ring virtual table and sharing there plo 4hole cards. They could not only have over 25% of the deck accounted for on the flop but could also choose to play the best of the 4 hands to increase there odds of winning even further... Tbh would be much easier for admin/s to do on one screen, with same machine or virtual terminal vpn to try and muddy the trail...

During a final table in a large MTT a pop up from the site (in the acr app not browser based) appeared. I clicked it. The site and my computer both shut down immediately. Upon restart I was not allowed to log back into ACR due to my account being active still on the site....A second time during final table play in MTT large field I received pocket 66 on a raised 3 way flop. Flop comes AK6, opponent bets into me, site crashes immediately and hand ends before I can log back in. Took me less than 20 seconds to log back in. Difference between an 8th place and a 1st are so significant when it comes to ROI. Maybe I just have bad luck. But here is the kicker, I went to support and expressed my situation and asked them if they knew of anything. They immediately started accusing me of lying and saying I wasn't getting my money back lol. I told them I cashed in both tournaments so how is that even an issue? They proceeded to say and ratherly rudely, that it was impossible for thier software to have any bugs or issues. And that they were not giving me a refund for anything. It was like they didn't even read what I sent to them.

ACR seems to have made a lot money, which it can do without worrying about regulatory compliance and ‘player security’. ACR is not licensed by a proper regulator. They can get away with treating customers poorly. Playing on ACR without understanding this is negligent on the part of the customer. Using ACR as opposed to a legitimate, regulated, site is extremely foolish.

I wonder If we can get a petition going to ask our American government officials to possible investigate ACR and take appropriate actions If any crimes have been committed. I would assume wire fraud, bank fraud, tax evasion may be subjects that may get attention.

The last 4 times (some different days) I contacted the chat support a rude, slow, unprofessional pun* name Hector J responded. So I contacted the "security team" and no response for 8 business days till I emailed them back. 12 or so hours later Hector J is the one to respond with no help (remember he was chat support). So ACR does not have a real security team. They just have a idiot or two name Hector J.

Joey, if players are being cheated and the site is not being diligent with security procedures or protection then the said players are not being "paid out" because their money is being paid out to the cheater.
