Da Realist , it's so obvious, these bots on ACR are ACR bots there milking it for as long as they can, if there are super users then they are also ACR just plain simple fraud with no regulation it's easy, and because there is naturally variation in poker it's so hard to prove it because it just looks like bad beats, big profits low risk, easy money laughing all the way to the bank, and they won't rig everybody's account, only around 40% so the the other 60% can say it's not rigged lol

Hey Joe, THANK YOU for making these videos. I think these will really go a long way toward WPN/ACR accountability. I agree with you on the customer service issue. There are a lot of nice customer service people but they have no idea what is going on when it comes to software issues (I reported a huge bug in their software and they had no clue what I was talking about) and a few of their customer service people have been very rude to me in the past as well. It took me a bit to realize that regardless of the microstakes that I play in on this site, this is still an a worthwhile issue. I may be only losing burger king money, but I have played against these bots (Currently ObeTwice) and that is not why I play on the ACR website. Joe, I think you have made a significant positive contribution going forward on this site. I had usually played microstakes NLHE on ACR and noticed in the last week or so the number of suspected bots (in my view and experience playing with them) have been reduced (for the time being anyway). Also very strange that a few of the most notorious ones played very very out of character the last few days. Could be just me but I'm wondering if anybody else noticed these subtle changes? But anyway even though i stopped playing cash games on here recently I still hope this just snowballs and the security keeps the pressure on monitoring the bot activity.

I sent ACR a email a month ago about cheating and they didn’t give me a refund saying they haven’t incountered any cheating and didn’t give me a refund from the sit and go cash games I played.I told them to cancel my account and they did. I sent them 3 emails about this information and still they haven’t activated my account or emailed me back and it’s bean4 days. Sent them another today after I seen this video.

CA its because USA will not process credit card transactions. Unless you live in NJ, DE, or Nevada it is illegal. So these sites are offshores to use loopholes to still cater to the USA players. I play on a site for sportsbetting that is based in China and they are legit. Its all sketchy though

Joe TY for speaking out, i also have multiple recent videos on ACR at the micro stakes NL cash games with" persons" playing up to 10 tables at once all on 6 player tables. In the videos i open all 10 tables up at once by tiling the tables and recorded for 5 mins per video from different days. In all videos the" persons" in question are so fast in their decision making that they never create a delay on any of the tables and they are almost always up money. Its just not humanly possible, has to be a bot program or ? . To be so blatantly obvious and ACR not doing anything about it. Anyone who can log into ACR around 5:30 pm eastern time and go to the 02 cent 05 cent NL cash games " Cyclops tables" and look for the names " EsmaGma" and or "IJhorn" and see for yourselves.

I've been playing poker for longer than some of these clowns have been alive and online poker since I setup my first account at PokerRoom.com in January of 2000. I don't care what the punk kids were saying about me, I know what honest, fair poker looks like and ACR is an absolute clown show. Nice one Joey! But I fear the surface has only just been scratched and I think the online sites in general have many dodgy practices going on in the name of profits. Bots are perhaps a little more detectable, but I feel RNG manipulation is far more difficult to detect and perhaps only insiders who sign non disclosures are the only people in the world who know about this. Problem here is: a) there are not so many of these people about since I imagine it is highly skilled individuals who program poker rng's b) And this is the main one! They are handsomely paid (far more than average people are), so why would they want to jeopardise this? I wouldn't! c) they sign non disclosures and may even find their life is in danger should they expose the real truth. As far as I understand, there are people with secret knowledge in all industries and sectors around the world so I don't see why online gambling / poker should be any different. The gambling industry in general is just one big cartel like any other industry such as food, oil and pharma. After all, I don't know of a single corporation who wouldn't want more profit even if they already have more than most!

The agent clearly lies to me(I can prove it and I will) to cover up the cheating. If you like to play stick to house games. It's legal some places other places it isn't. It sucks that I pretty much have to play on ACR due to my location. I only really play micro stakes and I have a decent cash rate but a ton of shady shit constantly happens. I have tried to combat it by being quite picky in my game selection and it seems to be helping a bit. Don't even waste your time with the jackpot tourneys tho lol.

Got 59.74 as a refund from that. Doubt its but a fraction of the total in play I had effected though from the sounds of it and given overall difficulty and fishy things I could sense going on in those games constantly.

Thanks for the honest effort you put into this. I'm far from being the 'tinfoil hat guy' with all of the sky falling on us. I guess what I truly don't understand is this- "Why can't they just get it right? Other sites that were popular FTP, PS, UB were exceedingly popular because they were a poker site FOR POKER PLAYERS. We dove in. We fell in love. The gamblers, well, they'll show up at the end of my driveway to bet on my kids racing big wheels." My point is, in order to keep regular honest action and rake on a site they need to cater to poker players. The gamblers will be there regardless. So will the sports book whack jobs after they score big on Sundays. I'm well aware of several deficiencies. everything from the deck to the bot issues. I felt as if the only option I've had is to just keep playing in a decent game. Then it because a gimmicky game. Now with all of the 3 hr. late registration, weird SNG's and no regular G MTT's from $6-$25 entries. It's turned into a gamblers shit house with no house keeping.

SNG I was 27% ROI but honestly MTT's I'm over $1500+. Brick and mortar.... I'm so far ahead of anything online it makes no sense to even discuss why to keep falling prey. You can find me sitting in bricks now. I really don't have the ambition to go superman feeling as if I need to beat the same player 3 times in one hand with a super hot cooler deck. Hey Joey, you really should make a video on the pseudo RNG online poker sites are using. I'm currently playing micros on PS and need to get this off my chest. I mean come on, I had one day where I played 3.5k hands over 9 hours and made 50$ ON NL2! The whole session felt like I was chosen to win (won many set over sets and crazy stuff like this). Since that day, I haven't been able to win one single dollar again. It feels like they have a system that distributes "luck" equally across players (so bad players keep getting lucky). I understand up and downswings, but something has to be wrong here. 64bb/100 over 9 hours of play shouldn't be possible, not even on micros. Every big company is proven to be part of some shady business, why not PokerStars? Please let me know what you think about this. Keep it up! duck poker which came up in the video was another shady site on the network. they shared mtts and sngs with winning but noone could cash out. so if you won money the money basically went to the duck owners and now the site dissappeared since few months and the money of the players is gone. when i confronted wpn with duck they told me they only share games but are diffferent companies. way to go wpn. you are judged by the company that u keep!
