Glad it’s a little helpful! Id also recommend looking into the government involvement in allowing monopolies to exist without competition as this was something that I glossed over in my explanation

Could you/have you covered the Supreme Court divide between “originalists” (like justices Scalia and Thomas) and “moral readers” of the constitution (like the Warren court and RGB)?
