In 1966, I was the youngest guide (17) that ever worked at Potter's Wax Museum, leading several tours a day, commenting on the lives of between 250 and 300 historical figures.

I enjoyed the museum particularly the odd coupling of Ray Charles & Beethoven. Also , you get Pat Nixon but no Jackie O. Quirks that keep you interested. Nice.

So very cool to see renditions in body form of people you've only ever seen in paintings! And not the ones that are in every other wax museum. As a side note, my great aunt dated one of the Wright Brothers but I never found out which one - and he used to "buzz" her house in his plane. lol What a great vlog. Thanks.

I live in Florida been to ST. Augustine so many times for Ghost tours and investigations. Love this city the old drug store was always one of my favorite places. This is a much better place for the Wax Museum that the building it was in before. Thanks for taking us along with you. Great video

I wished it still had the drug store stuff. The previous owners had the stuff. I don't really care for the workers that work at this wax museum. I live near st. Augustine and go all the time. Some things are, once you seen one, you seen them all. Especially the night of lights. I wished they switch them up once in awhile lol 😆

Ray Charles was included not only for his musical genius (among other geniuses), but because he spent roughly 10 years living and learning at the St. Augustine School for the Deaf and Blind. It was there that he learned he piano, and set him off on a path to greatness.

Hi Jordan, I love a good Wax Museum. I thought Leonardo Da Vinci looked like 'Dumbledore' from 'Harry Potter'. A nice one of Annie Oakley. I liked the music in the background aswell. Nice to see Walt Disney and Mickey. Herman Munster made me laugh, you can always count on him to make you smile. Some good one's in there. Great vlog Jordan.

I was probably at Potter's Wax Museum when the guy below was working there! I was probably 5th or 6th grade . . and I remember it being huge!! My parents bought a book from there and each page had a different figure and everything about that figure - yes, I remember very few stars mostly historical figures - back then there almost 250 figures - there's only about 130 now. BUT what I remember most was we were almost through the museum when they flashed the lights and made an announcement saying they were closing because there was a hurricane coming!! We stayed just ahead of that hurricane that entire vacation it seems like! LOL The museum at least from this "tour" seems like it's quite a bit smaller or at least more compact. Potter's is the 1st and oldest wax museum in America - Mr. Potter started it after seeing Madame Tussauds in London!

3:59 - The Wilber Wright one almost looks like Jack Klugman in the the 1960's. These figures were good. Some were a little off. I also thought the Patton one looked like a cross between the real Patton & GC Scott.
