They both have great strokes but mentally they just don't seem to have it. Ryan to me just reminds me of a deer in headlights, looks sort of scared out there. You really need the mentality of someone who has no fear and knows they are going to win no matter what.

YuzukiEba I understand this is from 2 years ago but listen, you don’t have to start at a young age just to be good at tennis just look at McEnroe. All it takes is hard work and dedication and a strong mind you don’t need all this counseling, physical trainer shit you can do all that on your own it all depends on how strong your mind is

Let me put it this way. If you don't have the passion to train hard, you aren't going to amount to anything. Results are accomplished through relentless dedication and hard work. It's not enough to think that you're good enough. You have to have that constant desire to want to improve.

@disman88 Mansour's Bio grew up in Tehran, Iran, in a hovel. He learnt to play with a broom handle and a ball. He wasn't able to play tennis on a court as a boy -when he sneaked on with a homemade racket he was beaten to within an inch of his life by a guard and his racket snapped in front of him. He grew up to become a tennis player in Iran, only for the sport to be banned. He eventually escaped to Paris. He missed his best years in tennis but went on to become tennis' greatest entertainer!

i want to play tennis competitively but like u all say it just isnt cheap nd watching these 2 play doesn't encourage people it makes them envious. having a lot of money doesnt make a person good at the sport but it certainly helps. not everyone has enough money to get the required tennis gear let alone get personal training, these kids dont know how lucky they are

Ryan seems to be progressing nicely. He's had some big wins this year, beaten Carsten Ball twice, took Gulbis to 3 sets, qualified for an ATP event in Memphis before losing to Isner, he split matches against Jesse Levine (former NCAA champ) and he's earned around 90 grand in prize money, not too shabby. Will he be world no. 1? Probably not but he's got a chance to make it into the top 50 within the next few years, if he can do that he'll make a nice living by qualifying for majors.

Osaka Mayor's cup is a grade A under 18 tournament. The biggest in the world excluding grand slams. Ryan won it aged 15. He no plays all the senior grand slams. Christian won Les Petit Aces which is the biggest U12 tournament in the world and held in France. They made quarter finals of the US open in doubles at men's level last year. Not sure if that means anything to you, but its a big deal. You only reach your goals if you know exactly what you want. It's not arrogance.

Lol Ryan harrison is the Anthony Bennett of mens tennis, first one to show a little shine from his generation, but he seems to never get better ( but does he really have that much talent like they say in this vid?), looks like dimitrov, raonic and nishikori all have superior talent than him. He plays very similar to roddick, but nowhere near roddick's level at the same age
