With all due respect, Dan 9:27 imho speaks to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who arrived right on time and confirmed (not made) a covenant with many (the Abrahamic covenant) and was cut off in the middle of the week, bringing an end to the old mosaic covenant including the sacrifices and offerings.
