Journal research papers and conference papers published in Scopus in the science and engineering areas are discussed. The top 15 countries whose researchers write the paper are highlighted. Well that is a debatable point. But we have to consider that the papers are scopus indexed. And that lot of scientists are working on research problems. Sometimes the training of scientists is more important than the papers themselves

Sir, I need your help with decision-making, please; my question is: I want to work in foreign countries (other than India), I feel a postdoc is an easy way to get into it?? Could you please tell me if my assumption is correct??

Certainly the postdoc is one of the best ways to get a job in a foreign countries. Most postdoc jobs are open to PhD’s of all nationalities. It is also easier to get visa and PR later if you do a postdoc.

You have to apply for open positions for postdocs in your area in different countries. It is not in top 15. It’s total PhD population size and number of universities is probably too less. But on per capita basis I am sure it is doing well. I will check that information for a later video
