That landing was beautiful. Kudos to whichever pilot landed that leg

The A321 is a comfortable plane but my all time favorite is the American MD-80. Going to miss those planes!

Both my BIIIG Thumbs Up regardiing this video!! I am very deeply in Love with the Airbus short- and medium-range A319/A320/A320-NEO and A321/A321-NEO airliners. In my own opinion the so called "Sharklets" at the end of the wings just looking like amazing. I think the old "Mad-Dogs" soon will be all replace with these most modern Airbus fleet.The engine-sound during this video was like music in my ears.

Awesome video Chris! Love the seat and engine view! Liked!
@SuperSpotterATL8 жыл бұрын
Yeah thx Evan! The sound of the engines was much better than in the video I think it seems like its too quiet at time witch I don't like haha! Are you a Saturday class now because I think level 3 is right after yall? We must do more flights with each other, do some spotting and show each other our modeled airports this year! Sorry that all came out at once like a girl trying to push a relationship too far too fast LOL!

No problem! I am currently doing an accelerated private solo class on Sunday's! But, we still we can do flights together, etc!

Newer plane, better experience. But my favorite part of sitting in First is being in front of the engines and hear those roaring sounds doing takeoff. :) Sucks it's a short flight. Parallel landing was on point! Love DFW. Thumbs up!
@SuperSpotterATL8 жыл бұрын
Yeah this is one of the shortest routes out there and I always fly the S80 on it which I was supposed to so I was pretty annoyed at that. Glad you really liked it! the next one is in the making now!
@jeepxjdude20008 жыл бұрын
"Newer plane, better experience"...true, but it's fun to fly the vintage MD-80's if you don't often get a chance to. On those every seat can hear the roaring engines :).

I wanted the S80!!!!!!

jeepxjdude2000 I been on it a bunch of times. Really going to miss the old friend. MD88 or MD90 from Delta will do for now.

I need to see if my neighbor could ut me on standby or let me come on some of his flights with him. He's a captain for the DL MD89's (their abbreviation for them)

I love the A321! far better than the old MD80

mn80's are almost gone, plus what runway was the landing at dfw
@jeepxjdude20008 жыл бұрын
You got a special treat. The A321S doesn't normally fly this route. It's generally S80 or 738. I'll be riding these 321's LAX-HNL and back later this week in First...can't wait! On this short route though I think I'd prefer the S80 just because of the fact that the fleet's days are numbered at AA...
@WinginWolf8 жыл бұрын
You'd be mistaken ;) . Austin to DFW is almost entirely a321S, plus a few 738s. Sadly Austin is the only big Texas city that no longer gets regular MD80 service :C . Still, I welcome the a321Ss; they're like mini 757s. Sorry for correcting you :C .
@brianaviation30728 жыл бұрын
true or 319s fly this route as they put the 321 from AUS for Transcon flights
@brianaviation30728 жыл бұрын
I have actually flown once on a 757 DFW to AUS years ago they did a couple of those babies but not anymore. 319's an 738's are more common.

A first class 30 something minute flight? Now, have seen almost everything. Baffling how SW or AA have maintained DAL-AUS or DAL-OKC for all these years.
@jonathanbaird8109 Жыл бұрын
I agree. I can understand why a handful of people might need to fly this route a few times a year at most, but I just can't understand why anyone would pay at least several hundred dollars to avoid a 3.5 hour drive.

I heard somebody complain about AA What was going on? I hope you had a great flight. I love Texas my family lives near DFW. I am going to do some plane spotting at that park by DFW. However I love your videos. One time I had a flight attendant tell me to stop recording while I was boarding. Probably privacy issue with passengers. In a month I am flying to Love field from MSP with connection in MDW via Southwest. Also can you place the camera holder in the window using a suction cup. Instead of me holding the camera the whole time. I use my I phone for recording. Any advice?

Honestly its really not that bad if you think about it. I'm a Private Pilot so I've been around planes all my life. Its ok to be scared but honestly its 1 and 60 million in airplane crashes that's a huge difference between cars, trains and boats.
