What a beautiful dog! The video is also beautiful! We had an Akita, his name was Boris! He was black and white with 1 pink toe, with the "wolf eyes"! Oh did we love him and he loved us. We had to put him down just 2 weeks shy of his 14th birthday. We cried and finally figured it out. We bought another Akita, named him Rambo! The name fits!! They are loyal dogs! Jeff D.

Did you find another Akita? I'm sure you understand nothing can replace that kind of love. I'm so sorry you lost her. We have our 3rd Akita, but the hurt remains for the last one; she was all mine; Sheba was her name. We always thought a good name for a male would be Kong, like King Kong. We didn't know if we could handle a male Akita, I think they get bigger than females.

Thanks for the feedback! Kimi is growing up. He is already 2.5 years old. Starting on February 24, 2022, russia began bombing the city where we live with airplanes and shelling with guns. Kimi is a real guy. He reacted adequately to the explosions. I did not notice any stress in the dog. He is well done! In August 2021, Kimi received an invitation to the dog show CRUFTS 2022, but it did not happen, the war. We hope to take advantage of the opportunity in the future) Ukraine WILL WIN!

@@serhiichupryna4772 agreed. Bout year ago I rescued big guy, untrained, reactive type, great lines, have papers on... He's now learned thru training to be with other dogs friendly, takes time, I muzzle for safety till he understands it's ok.
