Toni Landers has got to be one of the greatest Myrtha's of the 20th centuryl Her point work, her leaps, her sisonnes, her entrecchats six have got to be nest to none. Exquisite dancer... gone too soon. RIP Toni. May you be delighting the angels in heaven.

Ma è assolutamente vero! L'unica e sola Fracci è stata la più grande prima ballerina assoluta del ventesimo secolo. Sono nato a Cuba e sì, abbiamo avuto Alicia Alonso, ma Fracci è stata la più grande. Una grande perdita per il mondo della danza. Ho avuto il piacere e il privilegio di vederla ballare Giselle... è stato un momento magico. Stavo ancora ballando io stesso. Questo è stato circa 45 anni fa.

Incredible! Here is a piece of precious history and hardly any comments from my fellow professional dancers! No wonder classical ballet will eventually disappear! So little interest in what was and what is, makes me come to a conclusion that dancers are there own worst enemy!

Does anyone know who is responsible for the arrangement of Adam's score heard in this film? The arrangement is very similar to the version that is heard in the "Live from Lincoln Center" film of ABT's Giselle with Makarova and Baryshnikov.
