Rick is a great guy. When he was in Birmingham, Alabama at WSGN, he and fellow DJ, Jim Tyler made all my intros when I became a DJ at WVSU / Samford University. Long time no see but great memories from Memphis and LA. Keep on building, Rick. You’ve inspired and entertained millions.

Little did Dick know that not only would Dick hire Rick for a radio show (The Rick Dees Weekly Top 40), but that Rick and Dick would compete for ratings. (Mostly because Rick hosted Solid Gold from 1984-85)
