One thing is for sure when Dolly is moved and goes off script no one is going to stop her. I just ❤ her.

Yes!!! Nobody says a thing. They’re going through commercials trying to figure out which ones to cancel since Dolly took about 30 seconds or so of “airtime.” It’s sad that so much of it is to play as many commercials as possible and not give artists 100 percent of what they’ve earned in these awards. Seems they’re better at not playing that music when it’s time to shut up. I. HATED that.

Pretty sure the director was saying, "Dolly's winging it. We'll stay with her however long she wants to go". Love that she was moved to honor those we've lost with her wonderful voice.

All Dolly did was bring back some of the spirit that used to characterize these Country Music Award shows - in abundance - every year. It was that way because the industry’s top stars were pretty much all men and women of faith and were never ashamed to show love of God and country. Bless you Dolly. Loretta gone on Home and when Dolly leaves us, that will close the door to the true golden years of real American Country Music.

I love Dolly, Loretta, Garth and Naomi. I'm a Nashvillian. I first met Dolly at her summer home. She supported our band and we got to play at a brunch she threw. Such a great memory. Thank you, Dolly, such a beautiful soul. ❤
