American ChopSuey Recipe | Secret Recipe | Veg | Chinese Restaurant Style Taste | Recipes For Dinner

American ChopSuey Recipe
Ingredients
1 Pack Noodles
1/2 to 1 liter Boiling Water
1 Tsp Oil
1 Tsp Salt
1 tbsp Vinegar
Boiling time 6 - 7 mins only ( boil till Noodles turn flexible and translucent don't over cook them )
after boiling coat 1/2 Cup Maida +1 tbsp Cornstarch or Cornflour or Arrarot powder
extremely hot Oil for frying and fry boiled noodles on High flame only.
For Gravy:-
1 Tsp Mustard oil
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
3 Onions Juliennes
1 piece Ginger Juliennes
2 tbsps chopped Garlic
1 tbsp Ginger grated
1 Carrots Juliennes
1/2 Capsicum Juliennes
1/2 Cabbage Juliennes
1 big Tomato Juliennes
1/2 Cup Cooked Tomato paste
1/2 Cup Tomatoe Ketchup ( Mix of normal ketchup and 1/4th Cup hot and sweet maggi Tomato ketchup
2 tbsps Dark Soya Sauce
2 tbsps vinegar
( 1 tbsp aromatic seasoning powder chk link

1 Tsp Sugar
Salt not needed
Hot water 2 to 3 Cups
4 tbsps cornstarch mixed with 1/2 Cup water
( please add in batches as I explained )
cook for 5 more mins and serve hot with crispy noodles
