Thank you for this very informative video! Very clear explanations, and what a gorgious puppy!!! I started grooming my own adult American Cocker Spaniel myself in the last year and I am NO professional groomer for sure, so I have been learning by following groomers on KZbin. How do you recommend trimming the bottom of the ears when they get too long? Especially for an adult dog.

We do have a video on doing an adult American Cocker head but if you don't want to watch that, a quick overview would be to make sure that you have the clients permission to shorten the length of the ear. Then cover the ear leather with your fingers so you know where flesh is. After that you can scissor rounded or straight across depending on owner preference.
