The triangles is what semi-truck drivers are required to carry and place in certain formations depending on where they break down an stop - almost always on the side or shoulder of the road. There are three of them and they must be placed well beyond/before the truck and guide traffic around the potential 80,000 lbs freeway hazard. Hope that helps in understanding the joke.

Stan was trying to sell his car to buy a new hummer. His second attempt was when he killed that father and daughter. The woman and lion were just to add incentive to bring in people to buy his car. It's a very good episode. As for the sweatshop, Francine taught Steve how to shoplift and he eventually gets caught and sent to a Venezuelan sweatshop, which Francine infiltrates to get him out.

Naw, it was a tag. They were being forced to work as prisoners for shoplifting or something. Been a while since I watched it. The tags were probably a spoof on how items at a store are tagged and will trigger an alarm if you walk out of the door without buying. Since they're shoplifters, it was one of those ironic punishment bits and was there to prevent them from escaping
