In that episode where Roger's male persona Fondleberg gets fired for sexually harassing Ms. Vanderboobeen. Roger was also vanderboobeen which explains why he didn't care about being fired. Roger sexually harassed himself and wound up getting a settlement for himself after being fired himself.

Four years prior to the series, he was incarcerated by the CIA in Area 51, when Stan, then an intelligence officer, was on duty at the base. He escaped his cell and Stan tracked him down in a kitchen and was about to kill him before Roger pleaded for mercy showing Stan that he wasn’t a monster ( at least physically😂) but the security team threw a grenade into the room, from which Stan was knocked out and Roger pulled Stan to safety by sliding down a laundry chute into a waiting truck. Grateful to Roger for saving his life, Stan offered to repay him in any way at all, so Stan was kinda forced to accept him as permanent guest in the attic. Is actually showed in an episode

When I watch American dad on tv regularly ion even be laughin at a single thin roger be doin. Then I watch these compilations n it makes it a lil funnier

It is nice to see that Roger actually has records and organized notes for all his personas both male and female. As hinted by the scene with cousin Phil persona switching and the collection of clothing with wigs and accessories included. Added on top by Roger’s extraterrestrial super speed to keep up with them all is a necessity. There is variety in them too. From morals, originality, to rip offs and parodies, intellects and personal demons. Some help, some are in it for themselves, some are pure evil and full of greed, some are flawed but even try for redemption or feel true guilt. It gives a plethora of entertainment and comedy to Roger as a character showing he is not always a one trip pony of comedy or personality. And even some personas reflect personal desires of Roger and even how greedy and petty he is.
