You're on a roll today, Laycee! This is the ultimate "custom" built bike brand. I'm impressed with the company, and tried to convince my wife to get one of their models. She passed on my recommendation, however, because she wanted as light a bike as she could find. Funny thing… I think she now regrets it. If my converted e-bike ever gives up the ghost, I might replace it with one of their models. Can't wait to see the one they're painting for you!

Great interview & tour. Thank you! I've thought about a front basket battery since I got my Biktrix Stunner and realized the only way to get it past 26 mph would be a hub motor & controller on the front wheel. It has mount points for a front rack. I'd still have to buy the motor kit, but having a battery integrated into a basket would be great. Trying to build one at home or hack it together would just take too much time. if Electric Bike Co could sell a 960 Wh basket battery for $600 that would be fair and worth the premium over building it DIY. I'd love to see them somehow work with Luna Cycles.

We will soon review the Miss GoElectric edition of the EBC Model R. It goes 28mph and has 1.5kWh of battery capacity. It has more range than any eBike we've reviewed. We plan to edit and publish this week.

More gaslighting. Yes, they dismantle, paint, and then reassemble the bikes in California. But the bikes are manufactured and assembled in China, then shipped to California. Not saying these are bad bikes, just saying they are still made in China.

Substantiate your claims. We were shown the frames and they had not previously been assembled. All assembly is done in their US factory.
