I usually wake up at 4 AM and do exercise 30 minutes. Then I get in church for praying one hour. I study english about one hour before having breakfas. After that I go to my company.

Today i woke up at 12pm, i cleaned my room and did the bed, then i stared at my phone for a good portion of time, i was scrolling down until i went back to last week’s posts. I finally decided ti put my phone down after few hours of scrolling to cook lunch, while cooking lunch i decided that instead of cooking a small meal it would be better if i prepare few meals and put them in the fridge so i can safe some time for the next 2 days to do something else. Well thats all i got for now

Today I had a busy day. I got up early and went to laboratory to have blood exams. Then I went to the bank to solve a problem with my account. I had my lunch, then I worked in the afternoon, after that I had a therapy session. At evening I studied for a while in a coffee shop, then I bought groceries in the supermarket and finally I went home and spent time with my family.

You can't imagine how inspiring your videos are. I used to struggle when teaching students, in my country, the proper American pronunciation of lots of sounds, specially ones such as the FLAP T. I started using some of your techniques and they are just working like charm. I just can't thank you enough.
