Can you teach how to pronouce i in between words like bridge. I cant think any words that have the i in the middle. Your video is good. There are too many same video out there. I need to pronounce bill, and build.

Hello Ariel. Thank you for your comment. Can you clarify what you would like to see? Most all the examples from the video had the i sound in middle position: big, think, fish, dinner, million, women, business. Maybe it's when the i sound is near certain other sounds that you find it more difficult?

No, they are different. Dictionary pronunciation: bowl /boʊl/ & bull /bʊl/. It's a bit more complicated than this, since bowl has a dark L, so this vowel sound is a bit more complicated, almost as if the word were 2 syllables instead of one. The Long O in American English is actually a blend of both O & U sounds, so I would really write it phonetically like this: /bou wʊl/. Bull simply has the short oo vowel sound in words like book, foot or full.

What annoys me about American ow's is when they use it in foreign words. Ramon is not Ramown, brioche is not briowche. I find it very vexatious.
