I work in amex....a famous story of black card is ...a customer's son used the supplementary black card and mistakely purchased a private Jet ....which became a big issue in disputes team and amex helped them auction the plane and helped with almost a full refund

Just got my hands on the AMEX Centurion Black Card, expected a Rolls Royce experience but ended up with an old Ford ride. Over INR 11 lacs in fees for a first-year experience that underdelivers on its service, resourcefulness and grand promises. Dedicated Relationship Manager? More like an email responder who works weekdays when you need them most on weekends. Concierge services are slow, often incomplete and handled by trainees who've sent me others' tickets by mistake TWICE. They talk about the "ask us anything" service, but they struggle with simple tasks like buying tickets from regional European airlines. As for the airport lounge access, you might as well be on their Platinum plan because there's virtually no difference. Higher ticket prices if you want their airport services, and a whopping 3.5% surcharge on overseas spending - 50% higher than others. I've been with AMEX for 28 years and this experience has been a disappointment. Tried to revert to Platinum and get a refund, but they'd rather lose a loyal client. Now escalating to Consumer Affairs and RBI. Beware of the hidden truth behind the shiny Centurion Black Card! Let's hold brands accountable for what they promise. Anyone else with similar experiences?

Hi Sir, you have deep knowledge about Amex and Marriot Bonvoy. There are many videos explaining Amex Cards but none regarding Marriot Bonvoy. Please make a detailed video on Marriot Bonvoy. I mean video which covers everything like : Setting up account for Amex holders or others Tips and tricks regarding earning more points How to book hotel with points How to buy points How to check 8 categories of Marriot Hotels which you mentioned in 1 of your video Transferring amex points to bonvoy process Transferring to bonvoy possible only for Plat charge card or even mrcc or gold charge holder can transfer points to bonvoy Extract more value from extra marriot points bonus And few more complicated points you wish to add I tried to buy Bonvoy points and couldn’t find the option. After 1 hour of research i found that new members cannot but Points atleast for 1st month lol. So i would suggest and request you to use your knowledge on totally unique and very much required video as these days many new amex members might be interested in such content. There is no such video on Marriot Bonvoy India. Thanks in advance

No there isn't charge for every request, basically if you tell them to get some air fare or dining bookings all are done for free

You need to have the Platinum charge card for at least one year with a very heavy spends of ₹ 60 lakhs or so. Though Amex never releases the criteria officially.

Actually recently came to know that by mistake I filled a form for car loan on cars24 and that stupid site made 2 hard enquiries at the same time and it made the cibil drop by 12 points. So, thinking to wait a bit and apply for the base card and eventually upgrade.

I have an 8 figure net-worth and have spent a cumulative of ~1.2 Cr over my Platinum and Gold accounts over the past 2 years but am yet to receive an invite.
