Benefit : Concierge service /Travel services , can assist you with restaurant reservations , flower bouquet delivery , to source luxury items , events invite , priority pass , one stop solution for all requirements 2) To get the card , you need to either hold a charge card and your spend threshold should be high . Like 40-50 lakh for quick invite plus good repayment also net worth should be high with ITR touching in CR Please note , in charge card and centurion ,you need to pay the entire amount in one go. Example : if you spent 12 lakh , you have to pay entire 12 lakh in one go. There is no EMI on these cards Or You need to be a celebrity or famous figure , so you can get straight invite , as your net worth do the talking , Not all the charge card holders gets centurion invite . Decision is taken by higher authority itself

it is for super rich, this card is not offered to a normal person. Usually these people have big businesses who spend 5-10 lakhs a month on credit cards. Its also a status symbol card for the rich. I got Amex Gold card just to flex it its fee is only Rs. 5000/year

Those’re absolutely worth the annual fees, even if I were to exaggerate, the Plat Charge also feels okayish but this Centurion is too much for India. Clever businessman, will never use this or they can take it in company’s name and show it as expenses in their balance sheet for tax purposes.

Just got my hands on the AMEX Centurion Black Card, expected a Rolls Royce experience but ended up with an old Ford ride. Over INR 11 lacs in fees for a first-year experience that underdelivers on its service, resourcefulness and grand promises. Dedicated Relationship Manager? More like an email responder who works weekdays when you need them most on weekends. Concierge services are slow, often incomplete and handled by trainees who've sent me others' tickets by mistake TWICE. They talk about the "ask us anything" service, but they struggle with simple tasks like buying tickets from regional European airlines. As for the airport lounge access, you might as well be on their Platinum plan because there's virtually no difference. Higher ticket prices if you want their airport services, and a whopping 3.5% surcharge on overseas spending - 50% higher than others. I've been with AMEX for 28 years and this experience has been a disappointment. Tried to revert to Platinum and get a refund, but they'd rather lose a loyal client. Now escalating to Consumer Affairs and RBI. Beware of the hidden truth behind the shiny Centurion Black Card! Let's hold brands accountable for what they promise. Anyone else with similar experiences?

a refund is impossible, a better option would be to use the card for 10 months & then cancel it, the annual fees is so high that you can actually hire a executive assistant who will work exclusively for you rather than having to depend on their relationship manager, I believe that 99% of the people who opt for this card use it as a status symbol, they are not bothered about offsetting of card charges
