If you had a plans to go to Sleman-Jogja, you can come to resto “Jejamuran”. Jamur means mushroom. So almost all the dishes are made from various of mushroom, like mushroom satay, mushroom katsu, mushroom soup, grilled mushroom, omelette mushroom, and many others. Cause when you guys are looking for food, Kelly was the most difficult to get vegetarian menu 😅 So I think she would like “Jejamuran” dishes so much

Your vlog is so entertaining in a unique and heartwarming way! I hope your channel can continue to grow more and more every day, and that you guys can get the recognition you deserve. Jonathan and Kelly are superhuman indeed because of how patient they are. I love how they always ask the kids how they feel and their opinions about anything. They always listen and respond when Forest talks, even when he's just a baby and sometimes mumbling words. It always amazes me how strong they are, traveling and vlogging with three children, and they never complain when Forest wants to be held. Granite and Cedar are beautiful and smart kids. I see that they are more emotionally stable than most adults I know. They are also very humble with strangers and very open to different cultures. They seem to always take care of each other. Last but not least, Mr. Wobbly Legs, aka the kerupuk lover, is very cute. His smile and thumbs up when trying a meal always brighten my day. He's still a baby, but I see that he's compassionate and always finds a way to enjoy the day, even when he's tired. I highly recomend to "JEJAMURAN", Jl Pendowoharjo, Niron Sleman., Yogya Guaranty Kelly will really love it cause 100% all vegetarian Mushroom, but tase like meat, fish etc but all vegetarian mushroom. 😍Big place and nice vibe place .

Tenkleng is aromatic light curry of the bones from the mutton, I’m from Solo( Surakarta )love the bone marrow / ribs in tenkleng. Love to see you enjoying Javanese culinary !The crispy stuff is similar to pork belly!

Jogja and the eastern part of Jawa island is all about SWEET FOOD. Soo actually, not everyone's taste. I also dont like my food too sweet. Some gudeg for example, too sweet. Their fried noodle and fried rice also more in the sweet side than the salty side..

For "vegetarian" menu, there are plenty of options. Mainly the sellers gonna mix some chicken broth, oyster sauce, chicken meat, shrimp paste, etc to the vegetables. But for full vegan dish, harder to find. "cap cay" here, dont get fooled by the look of that dish. Yes, it's so vegetable. BUT! in many cases, they use meatball too. The meat is cow meat. Soo.. Cap cay is not recommended for vegan. Instead, maybe try to order like.. kangkung(but it's still with shrimp or oyster sauce in it), fried tofu, fried tempe, and other full 100% veg dish for vegans. Edit: and also! "tengkleng" here, is actually "poor man dish". I mean it's not the translation but this tengkleng dish is for poor people that can't buy meat. It's like.. maybe in the past, when the butcher finish to separating the meat from the bones, some poor people take the bones that still contain little bits of meat to cook in their home. So yeah.. Expect this dish to not have plenty of meat. It's not a scam. It's just what this dish is... Also the whole Restaurant here probably only serves some bones with thin meat but with tasty seasonings.
