Everyone's favorite topic, DEI. Savaged as Reverse Racism by the Right and lampooned as pointless Tokenism or corporate color-washing by the Left, but when looking at Behavioral Economics, you can see where it gets its value. American Fiction is a great vehicle for examining this because it tackles issues that are downstream of systemic anti-Black racism.

3:00 You see, it's because notoriously many black authors just write and make stories about being black. Being that insecure gets on my nerves and I'm not even on the same continent as them.
