I Think that this truck was Located in Germany from an Us Military Base. They use Blue Lights and Martinshorn. They´re Very common around Heidelberg.

Wait what? For real? Haha, nice. Really nice! But there you see it, Martin Horn and Q-Siren fit very well together. The fire department of Erfurt in Germany once tried Wail sirens and it worked very good too. Especially since you hear the Martin Horn longer than the Q.

ALL BLUE LIGHT'S is not USA. There are however some state's that have BLUE LIGHT'S with the RED LIGHT'S, but ALL BLUE LIGHT'S is not America.
