The howler truly is for American sirens. And now I want one. In town the separated tones are nice, hit the piercer when approaching intersections and flick the howler on when close for that bass that grabs attention. On the other hand we've also seen 2 videos of American police vehicles using the Germany Land Tone and the French tone 😄 I could search for the videos if you'd like to see those. In the end this is exactly what the Whelen systems allow everyone to do - choose whatever tones they like. The tritone at 7:02 used to be the mandatory ambulance siren for the Netherlands until maybe around 2012. So you can find plenty of videos like this for example: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rInMqZqql56qos0 Unfortunately the Command doesn't have the fast tritone.
