They are 13 members. All can sing, all can rap, every single one can dance well. And they all have their own distinctive sound so it's beautiful when they harmonize. They mostly do full group songs but they also have units: Hiphop unit Vocal unit Performance unit (dance) And each unit has a leader so there's also a Leader unit with the three leaders. Their choreography is simply amazing. They are called synchronisation kings. Their earlier songs is very playful and young love-ish because they were all in their teens when they debuted. So it was definitely appropriate for their age but many of those songs became iconic in the kpop world

They're indeed a single group, the 13 of them. 99% of their music is produced by them, in particular by the blond shorter one in this video and another producer from their agency that used to be their singing coach. In general kpop groups are super polished because most of them spend years training non stop before even coming together as a group and then spend another chunk of time polishing said group. Some of these guys spent around 6 years of their childhood as trainees, some just about 2 years. Agencies scout and audition looking for talent and looks and then make the kids take tons of lessons and spend hours and hours practicing and improving their skills, many give up halfway because it's too hard and it's though financially and mentally as well 10:20 they do sound like that live, though the killing voice videos do have some processing. When filming it only the artists hear the backing track through their in-ears so the mics pick up only their voices that are later mixed with the track and other sounds picked up by the mics are corrected, there's other artists' videos that ended up sounding a little off because of that 17:02 I hadn't thought about that. Dingo has different series of filmed performances, the killing series have this format of the artists performing live part of their catalog and to my knowledge there're 4 types: killing verse for rappers, killing voice for singers, either soloists or groups, and recently killing time were I think the artist presents a particular album live, and killing dance, but I don't think they continued that one. I clearly remember watching some of the killing verse videos in their dingo freestyle channel before Covid restrictions so I think they might have just expanded the idea to singers in their dingo music channel later, maybe indeed because of Covid

I remember hearing that Mamamoo was the reason they started doing killing voice, because they really wanted to showcase their vocals in a similar way to how the rappers were able to with killing verse

Thank you for reacting!!, people have already mentioned this, but SEVENTEEN it's a self-produced group, meaning they take part in composing, writing, choreography, etc. 13 (members) + 3 (units: hip hop, performance, vocal) + 1 (team) = 17 The three main vocalists of the group are Seungkwan (20:35), Dk (21:48) and Woozi (14:19) he is SVT's main producer and leader of the Vocal Unit. [Jeonghan (2:45) and Joshua (18:29) -- yes, he is from the US -- are also part of this unit] They were separated into units since a little before debut, but the truth is everyone in the group can sing, dance and rap; as you can see, Vernon (13:59) he is also a main rapper - he's from NY, half american but grew up in Korea- and part of the Hip Hop Unit, but can sing beautifully. Mingyu (10:49) and Wonwoo(20:42) are part too. S. Coups (2:40) is the main leader of SEVENTEEN and leader of this unit. Lastly, the performance unit's leader Hoshi (12:27), the last two foreign members from China, Jun (19:53) and The8 (12:49) and the youngest of the group, Dino (10:24). I hope you come to love them because not only are they amazing performers and creators (known in the industry with titles such as the Kings of Synchronization, Theater Kids of KPop and obviously Self-Prouced Idols), but they're funny afff. Please react to songs along with their 'dance practice' because it hits totally different when you see them dance (my current favorite dance practices of them are DON QUIXOTE, Getting Closer, _World, Rock With You, Ready to Love - but honestly all their choreos are INSANE -). Each unit has songs on their own, so you could check that out (their most recent releases are: Vocal - Cheers to Youth, Hip Hop - Lalali and Performance - Spell). They're such a big group, they can create MANY different combinations ex. Light a Flame by the '96 liners (Woozi, Wonwoo, Hoshi and Jun), 2 minus 1 by Joshua and Vernon, Cheers by the leaders (S. Coups, Hoshi and Woozi); and a lot more. 17:03 Funny you should mention that. Because they actually did do a virtual concert during COVID. Their Power of Love concert was done virtually. And during that time, the two Chinese members were actually in China with their families (because due to lockdowns and stuff they hadn’t been able to get home in a really long time. So they were given a few months to go home to China). But to answer one of your questions, yes. The 13 members are in three different sub units: vocals, performance, and hip-hop. But the singers can all dance and the dancers and rappers can sing really well. So they’re all pretty versatile.

Seventeen is a group of 13 members, the name seventeen is 13 members + 3 units + 1group = 17 K-pop idols like you said are always amazing because they go through years of intensive training to improve their skills before they are able to debut! For me seventeen is really one of those groups that you KNOW for sure don’t need the autotune, which is only used to sometimes but only for effects not to improve their voices because they simply don’t need it!!

the short guy in white you noticed for his singing is called Woozi, he’s not just the leader of the vocal unit but also Seventeens producer! he’s insanely talented and he has multiple solo songs as well, like Ruby, Miracle and What kind of future. please keep reacting to Seventeen! if you like more intense songs, i would recommend HIT, Maestro (latest comeback) or Fear. God of Music, Even if the world ends tomorrow and Rock with you have an upbeat and funky vibe, and Falling Flower is more vocal heavy.

The songs are in chronological order. Seventeen recently celebrated their 9th anniversary and their music has changed. Woozi is so in tune with his members and it makes for great music. More Seventeen please!

The reason why i think some of this kpop groups are really good at what they do. Giving their all in it is because they trained for years. The leader of svt was a trainee for 6yrs. and the bond they have as a group os really strong even their family are close together.

Well, it's not ALL their songs. (last count 117 but they've just released a new album very recently) They sound so good because S. Korea and some other eastern countries really focus on training. I'm talking years before and after debut. Seventeen debuted in 2015. They are committed to each other, amazing music which they mostly write and produce themselves, spectacular choreo, much of it created by themselves, and their fans Carats. 💎 They're so amazing because they work really hard and they love performingI can tell you really enjoyed our guys. I think you'd like their newer songs too like Super, Fck My Life, God of Music ansd Maestro but their older songs like the ones they included here are also definitely worth checking out 😊 PS. The one you were pointing out (blonde hair with smoothest voice) is Woozi. He composes/writes/produces most of Seventeen's song and id currently my bias 😍

There are 13 members in Seventeen! Seventeen means 3 Subunits (Hip-hop, Vocal, Performance.), 13 members, and one team, it all adds up to make SEVENTEEN! They are practically all self produced by Woozi, the guy with the ‘Smoothest voice’ as you said and leader of the vocal unit. If you wanna see who's in what unit, they recently released music videos for each unit! ‘Lalali’ is the hip-hop unit, ‘Cheers to youth’ is the vocal Unit, and ‘Spell’ is the performance unit. Some songs I'd like to recommend are Circles, Shadow, Super, don't wanna cry, God of Music, and Maestro (their newest release.) Woozi also released a Solo track called ‘Ruby’. by the time I'm writing this two, two members (Jeonghan and Wonwoo) have just released an album together!! If you're considering getting into them or checking them out some more, I really hope this helps you!! lots of appreciation for you for checking out my boys ♥️

Hi, im going to Sub to you because you are beginning your Seventeen journey. I'm excited for you. Seventeen ('SVT') is a 3rd Gen Kpop group who are looked up to by most 4th and 5th Gen groups. They are well respected by fellow 3rd Gen groups because they are basically unmatched in Dance, and vocals and charisma. You commented that you suspected them to use auto tune or some kind of engineering in their voices because they were so good. Well, if you watch more of their lives you will find, that though they do use auto tune in some songs for a stylistic touch, THEY ABSOLUTELY DONT NEED IT, their live performances are natural and amazing.
