Hi there. I knew him since his first Eurovision, I already thought he was very unique but I am discovering his music only lately. I have to say that he is remarkable in many levels. I love all his songs.

Rapide is the best song by Mahmood ever! I started learning Italian right before his amazing performance at Eurovision with "Soldi" and understanding the lyrics makes the whole experience x10 better. Italian music is insanely beautiful. People there are so, sooooo talented

I love your reaction! You’re so well spoken and you notice so many things about the production that i find hard to put into words myself! The mv of Klan was shot in Sicilia… and about Mahmood music genre, he always tell he like to consider his music ‘Moroccan-pop’… he inveted this definition because he couldn’t find a genre in which he classified. That’s because he has many influences: american R&B, italian songwriters, moroccan melodies listened when he was a child, rap music… so it’s definitely hard to classified him. These song were produced by durdust, who is an italian producer that really experiment with a lot of instruments and melodies. I saw Mahmood concert last week in London and he was fenomenal… he danced like crazy, gave fantastic vocals and create a very suggestive show! That’s what you should listen next time😅😅!

Glad to you see reacting to more Mahmood! Mahmood feels like a mix of Stromae and Bad Bunny to me. By the way, you should check out Diodato's Fai Rumore performance from Arena di Verona! It was the Sanremo winner in 2020 and Italy's entry for Eurovision but then the contest was canceled. The song because its lyrics took on cultural significance for the country as Italy was being hit hard by the virus and went into lockdown. They've invited him as a guest this year so he'll finally get to perform on the Eurovision stage.
