Probably $250ish. The prices were posted in the beginning. Just the short ribs alone are $40-60 each, so thats around $100 by itself.

As a Texan who has been smoking for 24 years now, I can tell you that brisket is too dry and looks kinda tough, you should let meat rest before serving it for one and smoke for at least 12 hours before you wrap it and smoke for another 8-12 hours.
