Good health for both of you during your journey and adventure. The vitamin injection/shot is very effective, 100% goes instantly/directly into your bloodstream. We also have vitamin pills, but it usually takes additional 1-2 days before it will be in effect (as it has to go into digestion system first, and then absorbed into the bloodstream afterwards). Dan/Umi's kitchen is a traditional javanese kitchen where we still use wood for the fire.

Soto is one of the unique culinary Indonesian traditional soup that so diverse that every region or city in Indonesia has it own version ..we have soto padang from Sumatra soto kudus from central java soto bandung from west java soto lamongan from east java and so on and on..but all they are surely Indonesia comfort food

Amazing trip guys, in tropical country.. if our body feel sick after riding motor bike, we called it "masuk angin" 😁 So i recomend you to drink "tolak angin cair" that's liquid can fix the problem with the body. Trust me.
