I think it is wonderful you are doing these U tube videos, it shows the younger generation that there is no shame in loving what you do. My granddaughters loved AG dolls, and then their friends said. "You still play with dolls?" and then they stopped. I told them dressing them and fixing them up and placing them in miniature dioramas is called miniature fashion and that joining the UFDC groups would prove there are lots of "older" girls all over loving what they do and showing how to fix, sew for, knit, and make miniature things for their dolls. I'm so excited you got Maryellen's diner! I don't know if you saw it, but I posted a video recently showing all the Maryellen items we own, and you and I have the same version of her diner. It's such a great piece! Also, it might've been a slip of the tongue when you were talking about you're truly me 47, but I know the term "dolls of color" is preferred over "colored dolls". Awesome finds! I should get up earlier and make it to garage sales one day. 🤣 You really scored on the diner. I’d love that! I don’t typically collect the large playsets due to space, but I’d make an exception for that. $25 is a steal! Have fun. OG makes a diner accessory set if you want some more foods. The little paper rectangles are diner placemats. 😁 I used to hate MG’s meet dress...until I bought it. It’s so much prettier in person. I love the pink plaid. I’ve also bought off brand dolls wearing AG outfits, haha. You should totally fix up the OG doll, dress her up, and re-donate her. Some little girl would be happy. Molly’s Christmas dress is so classic! You definitely need a Molly to wear it. Molly was my first doll. She’s definitely highly underrated. Maybe you’ll find her thrifting, or you can get a new one. I almost want a new one since mine is so loved (would never get rid of her, though!). I love your pastel aesthetic and bookshelves. I’d love to see a shelf tour video!

Ahhh! I wish I could find yard sales like that! I love Facebook marketplace too! I found lea and so many accessories and clothes for 30 dollars!! I also got the our genoration kitchen set brand new on there for 15 dollars to!!!!! Congrats on the diner! I'm obsessed with the 50s ( I guess you could say I'm an old soul lol) so I love maryellen!!!
