Although I enjoyed Roanoke, Cult (it was fine) and enjoying Apocalypse, I think AHS went downhill after Freak Show. The dark atmosphere is gone and I think that's what makes the show great

Hotel was bad, Roanoke did a bit better, Cult is what I considered the middle ranked season, Apocalypse the worst, and 1984 pretty solid. Now we just wait to see what Red Tide and Death Valley have in store.
