I remember Alaina Whittaker and Kady Malloy, two of my favorites, were voted off too early, in my opinion. I was upset. So I was very happy when another one of my favorites, Kristy Lee Cook, lasted many weeks longer than several folks hoped for and wished. In my mind, Kristy's longer than expected stay on Idol was "karma" for Alaina's and Kady's premature departures from Idol. If I'm not mistaken, Alaina and Kady are now together in a band.

Alaina was great and was definitely eliminated too early but all of Kady's performances in the semifinals sucked. I'm shocked she lasted longer than Alaina who had two very good performances in a row. And no lol, Kristy was by far the worst person to make the top twelve that year. The only person in that final twelve that I feel genuinely did not deserve to be there. Either Alaina or Asia'h should've taken her place. Kristy had most of the worst performances from that season and was just boring, forgettable, and not really that good. She had like maybe two good performances I think? The fact that she also somehow outlasted Michael Johns, Amanda Overmyer, and David Hernandez is a fucking joke. Despite how extremely talented that group was in Season 7, she was without a doubt the one dud in that cast.

Ramiele 10. Jason (the last 3 are interchangeable) 11. Amanda 12. Kristy But don't worry kids Cook deserved his win!
