Man look. Home Affairs is a nightmare for us as South Africans. I can only imagine your frustration as someone coming from a country like the US with such a crazy efficient culture 🙆🏾‍♀️. Believe it or not, they have actually improved a lot in terms of their systems & customer service. As bad as they are, they used to be a lot worse. Hopefully second time is a charm.
