Mannnn I remember back in the day watching the little demo thing on my parent's computer of Alice just standing there next the Cheshire cat before the game released. I was totally excited bc I was huge into tomb raider at the time and this was similar in a lot of ways. I also love the macabre theme. This was such a cool game.

When you first start off, it’s really hard. I first played it when i was 11/12 and i remember getting so angry over how difficult it is. But then after beating it, it was really easy and very memorable. I’m 16 now and i’m currently playing through it again. Still remember everything.

Man, the first time I played this game was on a laptop, and I was using a touchpad with a broken M1 button. So I had to rebind the keys and awkwardly use M2 as M1. I also didn't realize there was a quicksave option, and I never bothered to save unless I was going to stop playing. It was rough. I was a dumb kid.

@@iug5672 it's not really the combat that makes it difficult, it's the shitty controls and occasionally questionable game design for the most part. Changing a difficulty setting can't fix that. Still a good game though.

@Christopher Norris i mean, agree to disagree. Although the fact that they require getting used to is a problem, most good control schemes are fairly easy to pick up.
