Dude.. No one can get close to their LIVE Performance. They're the Kings. They write their own songs, they sing great individually, the songs they create are just so real and relateable.. that you can't help but to stop whatever you're doing just to immerse in it. Check out 'Loser'. It hits hard.. and their club bangers is created to hype up stadium that it sounds even better Live. BIGBANG are legendary, some people want to tear them down with half-truths dug up from the past. Do the research from unbiased sources and judge for yourself. I’ve done that research myself and my respect for them grew. These are musicians, artists, singers who have broken boundaries in kpop. They have enjoyed huge popularity and have also been torn down by hateful people and treated horribly. My hope is that they do whatever heals each of them from now on and don’t give ground to the haters that can’t seem to let them breathe.

I really like BigBang. I used to listen to their song "fantastic baby" on repeat when I was in elementary school. They where the first band I ever cared about.

The hatred here shows you how good they are. I think you're professional enough not to let that affect you. this song is a product after some hard years. I think as someone not involved in the fandom it's difficult to decipher some of the meanings. It's a song for us fans, but at the same time they made it work for any casual listener. No one knows what's next, but rest assured they will shine as a group or solo (all have successful solo careers). They have many hits and have greatly influenced K-POP. The discography is very diverse and people still enjoy listening to their songs years later.

Bigbang is Kings of Kpop they debut in 2006. BlackPink's senior. G-Dragon is the leader of the group and a fashion icon in the world. Taeyang (psalm quote in MV) is the main vocalist and he is really the only very religious one. They are an idol to many of the kpop groups today even BTS. BTW, this is most likely their goodbye song. They came back to keep their promise to fans.

Fandom used to joke when there was a new song with great lyrics that it was indpired by gdragon getting his heart broken again. But what you aren't saying is that that person was drunk and already had a accident before Daesung hit him. That person was lying on the ground due to the first accident and that's when Daesung hit him. It was an accident. I highly recommend you dig deeper to Bigbang’s discography. They dont even fit to “kpop idols genre”. They are artists who writes and compose their own songs. They are known for their bangers, hip-hop rnb songs, pop rock but they also have ballads like this one. Each member shines on his own. They each have successful solo career and are highly respected in the field of art. This is the most relatable group in kpop history. They sure have their own set of controversies. They are not scared to say whats on their mind. They get thrown into diff scandals and accusations but they always rise to the top each time. The comments here are appalling and filled with jealousy. They were formed in 2006 and they are still relevant until now. The record breaking charts speak for itself.

Old and full of battle scars BigBang is still the competition for the groups that are at the hight of their popularity . They not only have been in hiatus since 2018 but they olso only received hate and bad press for all these years . This should tell you enough about how influencial and how good their music is. They hate them because they live like rock stars instead of perfect , cute , obedient idols . This is not a song that fallow some trend , is not a love song , is an entire generation saying goodbye to their childhood , to their young years .

I'm a "old" k-pop fan, by that I mean I listened A LOT of K-Pop between 2009 and 2013, and so little people here in Brazil listened to it that time, we had to download every music from torrents to listen lol, and BIGBANG was one of my 2 favorite bands. Thanks for your reaction. BIGBANG accomplished many firsts singing in their native language even here in the USA since 2012 and TAEYANG as a soloist even before that. BIGBANG is a group that creates their craft and I highly doubt they would even intend to sing in English since the message in their songs could not be able to transmit what they really wanna transmit to their fans and public. GDragon and T.O.P mainly compose BIGBANG songs and they obviously write in Korean and many times do word plays in Korean, add Korean idioms, phrases in their songs so translated in English is a bit difficult. Example this song is written in a poetic way. I suggest you check out Andy and Jas Korean KZbinrs that dissect and explain the lyrics from Korean to English. Don’t we all many times say Music is the universal language? BIGBANG’s language is music. Just listen to their discography playlist provided in their KZbin channel without thinking about the lyrics. Think about the feelings you get while listening to each song. That’s how many of us VIPs (BIGBANG fans) became their fans and then of course we looked for translations. And that’s how American pop became popular around the world. There are many countries that do not speak English and still listen to American pop. BIGBANG even without having mainstream promotions in the USA and around the world accomplished a lot and are recognized for their music. Justin Bieber is friends with GDragon, they were working on a song but the release never happened. Will Smith’s son mentioned that GDragon is his idol, etc. This song without any broadcast promotion is doing well domestically and internationally. BIGBANG is legendary and no matter the jealousy of others, or how many times others try to drag them BIGBANG is the GOAT of Kpop.

The first singer Taeyang, "yong Bae" is religious. Always has been, but the group as a whole have their own faiths. This group has been producing thier own Kpop since 2006, They are known as the KINGS OF KPOP because they put Kpop on the world stage. BTS came along well after them. This group has been together for 16 years. They have a huge amount of songs between them as they are all also Solo artists. This group as far as Kpop goes is legnedary. They are the Superstars of Kpop. This is their first "drop", "song" in 4 years. The last one was just a vocal song, not even a MV when they all went into the military which is mandatory in Korea for all men. We have all been waiting for all this. They also lost a member in 2019, resigned due to a conviction. This group are not pretty boys. They are real people with lives, loves, angst - it all, but they make you feel their music and they are the first group to ever produce their own music from lyrics, melodies to stage, MV's, art, fashion, everything. To put it simply, they are the real deal.

BIGBANG is the King of Kpop to many of us... they debuted in 2006.... this ballad is amazing and kinda out of the norm for them.... this is their new release coming off a 5 year break. As for the meanings behind the song... well we pray this is a we're back song and not a farewell from BigBang to their fans ... The "Rabbit on the Other side of the Moon" is T.O.P. an intense rapper and sometimes Kdrama actor. T.O.P. did not renew his contract with their record label, so they may or may not still perform as BigBang... TRIVIA: In Korea, the rabbit is generally known as a symbol of rebirth & fertility. It comes as no surprise that Koreans wish for a bountiful and happy life, while beholding the large full moon and picturing a rabbit there. Big Bang was the top 2nd generation kpop group who truly paved the way for current groups. They are all successful artist in their own right too. Many current kpop fans don’t know who they are because it has been over 4 years since their last song. This song is also more of a fulfillment of a promise to their fans called VIPs then it a comeback. They have done nothing to promote it. To me it feels like a good bye to Big Bang. One member resigned due to a scandal to which he is serving time and the rapper TOP has quit Big Bang. I think we will see solo work and maybe some sub units but I feel like we won’t see Big Bang as a group any more
