You are not Crazy, Flake (The keyboardist) have sometimes his shirt on and off during this video, as the shots are from 2 different places, from yes, the Madison Square Garden, but also from the Bell Centre in Montréal. I was personally at their show they shot at in the Bell Centre back then, an amazing experience!

How to pronounce Rammstein is quite easy… The first syllable "Ramm" is spoken like the English "rum" (you know… the liquor); in the second syllable just leave out the e in "stein", and pronounce it as if there was an English word like *stine*… or even better: remember the pronounciation of the famous physicist _Einstein_ ;)
