Freestyle doesn't mean off the top in the UK, and the first one he did didnt have any bridges so its considered more a freestyle than a verse. This one is definitely more of a song but it paints the picture between how he was in the first one to now. Calling it part 2 is just to show the growth and the journey I think, but I agree this is closer to a song than a freestyle. But if you mean why call it a freestyle when its written then thats just how we do it here. Most "freestyles" are written anyway
